COMPONENT LIBRARY.

A standalone CAD project with one rule: model each component accurately enough that it can be dropped into any future assembly and trusted for fit. These parts became the building blocks of the robots elsewhere on this site.

PURPOSE

Modelling for accuracy and functional fit — not for renders. Every part carries real dimensions, mounting geometry and clearances, so an assembly built from them predicts the physical build.

REUSE — THE ACTUAL TEST

The library was later reused as building blocks across the other robot builds — the maze robot's CAD assembly visibly carries the Pico, breadboard, ultrasonic sensors and wheels from this set.
